As life is the biggest experiment we can encounter, I can confidently say to run experiments all the time. They are more or less loosely combined by trial and error driving my personal and professional life experience forward step by step. Coming from a technical background (with patches of social stuff) I soon switched from technical expertise to ridiculous chaotic projects driven by rollercoaster processes without any clear objective. For nobody. It was never the technical side that twisted things up. It was and always is: people! So I started communicating and experimenting (and reading, learning), and as time revealed I seem to be rather good at it. Not perfect, probably but fair enough to drive some spirit forward.
Let's see where this experiment leads us!
