I have 25+ years professional experience and started my career as a medical researcher, following a deep curiosity about how things work and how to help people.
After an MBA I moved into consulting, product development, program management, organisational change management and leadership roles.
A recurrent theme of my work has been about finding the ‘why’, collaborative design and development, and the interface between people and technology.
In 2015 I co-founded the Melbourne Lean Change Management Meetup to explore innovative ways to manage organizational change and create workplaces people want to be a part of.
I am also a Director on the Board of Big Brother’s Big Sister’s Australia following a passion to make a difference for disadvantaged youth and a deepening interest in ‘for-purpose’ spanning NFP, Social Enterprise and Corporate worlds.
